Seconding Linux Mint. After a few failed starts with Ubuntu over the years, Mint was finally intuitive enough (and the ecosystem had come far enough) that I was able to stick around.

You've got to expect relearning time with ANY switch (Windows to Mac is same), but then it becomes your default :)

Well the idea is that with ATProto, Bluesky *can* screw up, and you *can* leave, without losing too much.

I hope this is the case. I still believe ActivityPub / Mastodon are far more proven in this capacity.
