This will be the basis of the tray art, for my Making Contact album. It will be released on my birthday, 11/15/2025. Although we musical artists appreciate streaming, real support comes from the physical sale of our songs.
Spotify has sent me a breakdown of what my songs have done on their platform. 26,000 streams is quite remarkable (for me). Royalty-wise I've had about $60 come in to me from all platforms, not only Spotify. I guess I'll celebrate with Aldi's $4.95 sparkling wine, rather than Dom Pérignon.

Just got back from a Christmas shopping walk and I visited the SAC. Guess what? They have my 7 CDs available for sale there, along with a plethora of other gift ideas!

My Spotify Artist account emailed this info to me, today. It doesn't include streams on Apple Music, YouTube, etc (I'm hoping there are some over there!). I'll receive no money from this unless there are a 1,000 streams of each song, though it's nice to know people are listening.

I'll have just a few on hand of the Making Contact CDs available for sale, or you can order them directly from the manufacturer and have them shipped to your door. Here's that link . . .

I noticed that Verses, my previous album, is still available on a manufacture/ship per order. I'm not sure how long this will be offered, but should you be outside my area (I have a limited number on hand) you can get it shipped directly to your doorstep!

Are you wondering about this image, which I've made my profile pic? Upon our arrival in Gdańsk, our first stop was at Józef K. This place that was her favorite here and perhaps anywhere. I may have to agree, it was one of the most interesting bars I've ever been in!

Heading to London and Gdańsk. A little less than 3 years, I played this song, "Depending On You", at the Stags Head, only 5 minute from my daughter and her husband's apartment, in London. This time, I'll only stop in for a pint. https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=yhHJqQNb398&si=v5cCjQETa46kq5Ck

Here's still, from the "Go Away, Rona!" music video (my first foray into Final Cut Pro). Check out the full video here . . . https://youtu.be/6NYNbRqjNAU?si=dTHuMSquE057sxpe

It's been almost 2 years since we were last in London. The wait is over. We'll be back in less than a month visiting Sarah & Jack (left & center in the pic, which was taken in NYC just prior to their Central Park wedding, a couple of years ago - their reception was in London).

The CD cover art, from Chuck Fleck's rereleased Sun of Stone album will be the same as the original release. Here's the base image. Question. Would you stream his songs if they were released via all platforms and not solely Bandcamp? I'll do it if there's solid interest. Message me wither way.

We love Ozone's Brewhouse, in old town Lansing, because of the great beer, veggie options and atmosphere. Yesterday, was the brewery's 9th Anniversary and they offered up some special brews, along with fantastic food options for carnivores and vegetarians.

As you may remember, I'm working on rereleasing Chuck Fleck's Sun of Stone album. In a search for pics to enhance the CD version, Linda found a few to consider. These are some that will not be used, but I didn't want to simply discard them. Until the music's ready, let's peer into the past.

Just an update, here's a track listing of the songs on my upcoming album. You may recognize that there is an instrumental version of my most recent single. I've removed the vocal and added a new instrument.

In the meantime, here's the "Just Desserts" single. 😎

Bandcamp Fridays is happening tomorrow, August 1st, where they waive their revenue share and pass the funds directly to artists & labels. It's a great time to purchase music and a bit extra will go to us. As always, thanks for your supporting indie artists!

Looking to create a music video from old film to video footage.
1 - Is anyone familiar with any free AI software (desktop or phone) that can give me me the names of these famous starts of the past?
2 - Do you know of any AI software that can restore this video to something a bit better?

I don't ever remember a song of mine reaching almost 500 streams in one day, on Spotify or any other platform for that matter. I wonder what precipitated this sudden interest in it? I've included a link to it.

When I initially wrote "Southern Seas", I intended it fast-paced latin inspired song. Here's the first ever recorded version of it, performed by my band back in the early 1980s. In 2023, I decided to reflect on it a bit differently.

I released two versions of "Go Away, Rona!" and both the electric single and acoustic album version made the (pay) grade within Spotify. Quite an achievement for me with no marketing budget, nor a big label pushing them onto playlists. The thanks goes to YOU for listening!!!

It was fun listening in to Jammers and Gold's summer solstice 2025 show, yesterday. Hearing my song, "A Summer's Night on the Farm" was an extra treat. Catch them every Friday, 5:00pm to 7:30pm (https://www.twistedroadradio.com). Links to my song are in the comments.

This may be the base image for my new 11-song album. I've already planned many layers which will significantly alter what is here, including a much different font. Nine songs are complete and two more are underway. Stay tuned for more info . . .

"America We Come at Thy Call" leads my most streamed tunes. July 4th holiday is less than a month away which seems appropriate. If you use Apple Music, here's a link , though it's on all streaming services. https://music.apple.com/us/album/america-we-come-at-thy-call/1740609022?i=1740609034

Yesterday was my sister Diana's birthday. Though she no longer plays accordion, she did way back during this time!

Although on the road, I listened to most of the show that Jammers & Gold aired last night! I want to thank them for including "Just Desserts" along with stellar choices from the mainstream (mostly). Here's the tune link --- https://open.spotify.com/track/1S2VhO7NRNTJLqE1jgXC3L?si=d24de362d8b6455f
