Just found out it's a poem "Boots" by Rudyard Kipling. Have to find out whether it was clipped for the trailer or an original recording.

Visually, it's not too dissimilar to other trailers with quick edits. The audio bed really sets it apart. Not really into zombie flicks but with Danny and that trailer, my interest has been piqued.
