That said, corn pudding is not something I’ve ever seen a catholic person eat ever, I myself grew up Italian American and we essentially made turkey and mashed potatoes as a poorly made, poor tasting centerpiece and ate lasagna and arancini, etc. a lot of thanksgiving food is mid century inventions
