Turns out that American Food is incredibly high in calories, that includes "Certified Foodgirl"s

Hazel having put on an absurd amount of weight from the rapid digestion of her friend, (Labelled here as 'American food'). There's an arrow point to Hazel that reads 'Ate American food.'
