They accomplished so much more by doing it this way. Sets up Hangman and Swerve as challengers without blowing any of those matches out now, resolves MJF needing to get revenge on Joe, showcases MJF as tactically cunning.

That whole summer was imo the best psychological exploration of a heel to face turn and what it means to the heel on a personal level.

We find ourselves having to vote in these "most important elections in history" specifically because of the Democratic Party's failures.
We'll be forced to keep voting in "the most important election in history" until the Democratic Party as we know it is annihilated and rebuilt or replaced.

Gremlins 2 was the much bigger flop. It actually lost money.
Dick Tracy was profitable, it just performed below Disney's expectations when it didn't mirror Batman's success. But it made about 4x what Gremlins 2 did at the box office.

I think she’s great but I wouldn’t be surprised if she has little confidence that she’ll continue to be pushed big in AEW. Her entire history in the company so far has been in service of Toni, and it was amazing, but even her own title run felt like preamble to Toni’s inevitable return.
