As far as I’m aware, the only constitutional restrictions would be if he was holding a federal office for the US. But nothing in the constitution requires a regular citizen to renounce their citizenship to become the sovereign of a foreign nation.

I don’t think thats true, to be honest. Looking at T Rank’s teamcast tool, even if they drop Tuesday’s game, UConn would have a 94% chance of making the dance, with a projected 9-seed. Other than Maui, they had a pretty sound non-con
