Thanks for calling some attention to the banner delivered to USDA employees. It seems to allow the Department/ Agency to take disciplinary action against people who try to share what is going on inside. Essentially allowing punishment for whistleblowing.

#RutlandVT has recently seen the closure of a Bed Bath & Beyond and a Joann Fabrics. The Walmart will soon be moving from its downtown location (a weird thing itself) into the long-dead mall a few miles away. Adaptive reuse of these spaces is not easy.
