Finally on BlueSky! I'm a member of Houseof3000, a competitive video game production business thing. Oh yeah also I won the 2015 Nintendo World Championships or something lmao
Another quite cool sequence 👍

Here's a fine sequence that I thought had some pretty cool movement and callouts to it.

For those who don't play Rivals, when Kragg is holding a rock, he can't be put into tumble, giving you access to the fakest crap imaginable.

(Plus 1 cool sequence I hit later on that day.)

Here's that "Joy of Movement" I was talking about earlier. #RivalsofAether2 #RoA2

After simply being able to enjoy the freedom of movement Maypul provides, getting double dunks is definitely my second-favorite thing about this character.

The clip itself isn't too crazy, but I think this is the first time I've ever successfully used Maypul's DownB to turn a fast fall Uair, into the fastest fall Uair

Two decently neat sequences, y'know I guess for a Smash player lmao

On the first clip, though, using Terry for this really specific tech chase seems really cool when it actually goes off correctly.

So apparently, when you parry Fleet's Dair, back upwards, it still spikes her. Reminds me of how a reflected Mega Man Dair would do the same thing.

A very practical way to deal with a common Etalus maneuver that never ceases to be hilarious.

I should start posting #RivalsofAether2 clips; I really would like more Smash players to get into playing this!

This clip isn't anything too crazy, I just wanted to make sure the recording technology worked. Definitely highlights the perils of Air Armada even for Kragg, though.

Also, Maypul Ftilt

This technique is really consistent and really easy and ROBs shouldn't be winning neutral for free just because the Gyro is sitting there.

If the Gyro is far away, just run all the way up, stop, and then
perform your initial dash.

Landing on it with Nairdodge is effective, too.

Step 3: You've picked up the Gyro! This works for two reasons:

- When Jab is hidden in your initial dash, the item grab hitbox activates at your feet, and the fighter will push that hitbox forward as they move.
- Picking up an item is an action that can cancel your initial dash.

Step 2: Before your initial dash finishes, or gets hit by Gyro, perform a Jab so it's hidden in your buffer. Do not do a Dash Attack, don't do an Ftilt; just make sure Jab specifically is in your buffer for when the initial dash ends.

I know I keep posting about this, but maybe some visual examples would be helpful.

Please tag any top players who might need this info.

HOW TO PICK UP ROB'S GYRO

Step 1: Perform an initial dash that will make you get hit by the Gyro. Do NOT run; it *must* be an initial dash.

Sure why not.

In SMB2’s Dream Run, you can get a double jump if you jump right before running into a Shy Guy. It takes a little practice, but it’s not too difficult, and certainly saves time over having to charge a super jump to get to the top floor.

1st time uploading a vid to Bsky, how exciting!
