When I hear about tuition I compare modern day w my day. College students often live a life in college most will never be able to replicate. “Dorms” & coffee shops & non-cafeterias. Sports, millionaire coaches & high paid upper admin exacerbated by loans to teenagers w no income or credit history.

This presumes that he had “it” ever before: “that which he has so clearly lost, and will likely never regain . . . .” Some people never knew of or had “it” ever.

Charlotte NC: I counted approx 7,650 well behaved people. < 50 chanting in support of Palestine. By far, protesters were in support of a balance of power among three branches of government & the Bill of Rights. A cross section of America, like a bunch of my neighbors. No radicals or extremists.

Perhaps you mean “don’t use the prize as a ticket to go off the deep end indulging in eccentricities and crackpot “theories” or pair up with crackpot “theorists.””

It is NOT just that we now have telescopes to find autism “stars” but since 2014 or so DSM-V has also BROADENED the definition of what an autism “star” is. So of course you are going to find a lot more people on a SPECTRUM. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...

It is NOT just that we now have telescopes to find autism “stars” but since 2014 or so DSM-V has also BROADENED the definition of what an autism “star” is. So of course you are going to find a lot more people on a SPECTRUM. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...
This is typically done in an employer-employee situation where it would make sense (in contrast to the ludicrousness of the tenant lease provision). Unless the lease is with respect to a recording studio or something - but never heard of that before and even there likely overreach and unprecedented.
