We have to keep it going! One day is just a start, and it barely scratches the surface. We can do better. Let's change our lifestyles before our lifestyles are changed for us.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but...
Also, I'm home sick today, so I went into every app that I have that has a cart in it, loaded them up, and abandoned them.
Today is a good start. We need to do as much of this as we can, moving forward. This doesn't work if we go back to normal tomorrow.
