Event #3: Ruby decides corpse should be fetched for another gnawing session. Cruel Owner, returning from having a double bourbon at local watering hole, confiscates rabbit. Confused and vacillating, flings corpse over fence into adjoining yard(of eminent, kind, retired medieval Chinese historian)

Event #2: Ruby takes advantage of open back door to chase down and kill rabbit (as she has done with several groundhogs), drags corpse into house, has satisfying gnawing session, removes corpse to backyard (possibly intuiting that rabbit body may be confiscated by Cruel Owner if left in house)
