I wonder how serious the NDP really is about electoral reform. Why didn't they insist on that being part of their supply & confidence agreement with Trudeau's Liberals?

When something like this doesn't make sense, it's probably because it's one of many programs the gov't doesn't want people to actually use.

Mountain Equipment Co-op was not a non-profit. In addition to being a co-operative, it was also a for-profit corporation. In good years, they paid out dividends to members. That's a hallmark of a for-profit company.

This is significant. This committee is the one that all other committees and departments should answer to.
