Another plaintiff is a U.S. citizen who works at a tow yard. Border Patrol stopped him on sight.
When he said he was a citizen, they demanded to know what hospital he’d been born in. When he said he didn’t know, they shoved him hard up against a fence.
They later basically stole his REAL ID.
