I took two full weeks for vacation and took the train from Chicago to LA, went to universal studios for a VIP tour, and took an 8 day cruise. This is a reminder that it is okay to take care of yourself and disconnect for a bit.

Went to my very first symphony tonight. The conductor was Joseph Young and the pianist Awadagin Pratt were absolutely phenomenal. Both men are black and seeing that representation tonight along with their deep love and connection to music and the orchestra blew me away.

So, on March 19th I'm producing a Charity Mario Kart Tournament here in Indianapolis. The organization I'm raising money for does a plethora of positive things for pet owners that are experiencing homelessness or a crisis. I'm really proud of how the flyer and trophies turned out.

Escaped the Midwest this weekend for a VERY needed recharge. We saw two absolutely fun, stunning, and campy shows. Top it all off with best friend time with @andydoubleyoo.bsky.social, Leslie and seeing my husband who was already up in NYC @irishactor238.bsky.social. This weekend was *chefs kiss*

It's been a rough couple of weeks. So, in an effort to do some self care I'm going to my favorite chai spot and trying out their chai flight and gorging myself in Samoas.

A month ago a coworker had asked me about my pronouns as they've never met anyone non-binary before but they wanted to learn and expand their perspective of queer people since they grew up in a small town. A week later they messaged me on teams to let me know they got these pins for me
