It’s been more than couple years but from what I remember it’s a simple idea that once you do once you’ll be fine. You remove the old ribbon in the reverse order you put a new ribbon in so if you can get it out you can get it in!

I love this! I used to sell ink ribbons at the office supple store I worked in when I was a teenager. I’d help with installing the ribbon and minor repairs when I could, they are such beautiful machines 😍
