Between 1707 & 1921, when they stopped publishing Scots Figure's, they were getting embarrassing for them, taking near 3/4's of Scots Revenues, £750Mn+, only returning just over £250Mn. Now it's 100's of Bns they take from Scots annually, we don't know how much.

I am aware that other councils charge for this service. However, at present both food & garden waste is collected in the same bin by the same staff and in the same lorry. Come April, nothing changes except that those who don’t have a £45 sticker on their bin won’t have their garden waste collected.
