Purchased a Brompton G line electric bike which arrived with only 3 of the 4 gears working.
Contacted Brompton who informed me this is perfectly normal and I should adjust the gears myself.
Never had such an appalling customer service experience.

Purchased a Brompton G line electric bike which arrived with only 3 of the 4 gears working.

Purchased a G line 4 gear electric Brompton but bike arrived with only gears 1,2 & 3 working.
Contacted Brompton and expected the bike to be booked into a Brompton retailer to be fixed.
But no received an email informing me due to chain stretching it is perfectly normal to lose 4th gear.
