Definitely a worm and it looks like it knew what was coming, so it was trying to escape! No way it this was random movement induced by how he was holding his chopsticks. 1:50 to 1:53, slow it down and watch the "worm's last wiggle"!

Standing watch on the forecastle of the Hawaiian Chieftain, waiting for the fog to clear so we can enter Noyo Harbor safely. This trip was as a member of the crew. I intended to buy passage, but those tickets were sold out, so I volunteered to crew! This was an unforgettable adventure!

Standing watch on the forecastle of the Hawaiian Chieftain, waiting for the fog to clear so we can enter Noyo Harbor safely. This trip was as a member of the crew. I intended to buy passage, but those tickets were sold out, so I volunteered to crew! This was an unforgettable adventure!
Today we got pretty close to a frost in the Sacramento area. Those not frost-tolerant had been moved inside. My shower stall's garden window is home to some as is my seed starting area. I have a friend to thank for the cool LED grow light. I intend to grow all my own vegetable seedlings in 2025.
