Wow 5lb loss this week and I have loss 35lb in total need to lose another 7lb to reach 3st total loss crashing it weight goals and in class I managed to do a leg exercise I couldn't do before so I really happy with that hope you all have a fantastic weekend 😀 ##weightloss
