So many games have this issue by the way, even games on Microsoft's own game pass. The most recent offender is Black Ops 6.

Are you using Godot's built in physics? Because I won't mince words - that physics engine is absolute doo doo. The primary developer got scared off the project and was poached by Rockstar Games - they're just holding it together with tape at this point.
