Congratulations, it's a fabulous album... I adore 'Mighty River' and have mentioned to Errollyn about the possibility of transcribing it for wind ensemble to spread it further into the world, which is exciting. 😊

Thank you, I didn't know what winter guard was but having investigated, I think that would be lovely. 😊

What a pleasure to see this series again and @thevicarofhell.bsky.social and I definitely had to make the Brie, Parma ham and fig toasted sandwiches for lunch today, if only to say that we 'wanted to be alone' with them... such crunchy, squishy joy! Thank you for bringing all the feels. 😍

I recently discovered that the music of The Beatles has been used for its own version of The Nutcracker - The Beatlecracker! I've arranged it for band and it's sold around the world: youtu.be/-od2_-pXtV8

Thank you so much, that was fascinating! I loved the 'Hohl bein' connection. With the skull being painted at such an angle, is this one of the first examples of a work commanding the viewer to physically stand side by side with the painting to fully understand its meaning?

I did BSL up to Level 2 a number of years ago, so not really up to speed enough to be able to help and provide an accurate interpretation but I hope that someone else comes forward.

These were everywhere when I lived in south London; now relocated to Wiltshire, I sometimes miss their familiar, yet cheeky screeching...
