Cockchaffer (smirk!) Beetle - Melolontha hippocastani found in the garden today. Larvae eat plant roots but very welcome. Haven't see this before hopefully result of trying to garden in harmony with all beasties!!!

No ones messing with this kitty! My brother in law's well trained dogs with the rescue kitten given to the family by my brother. Will see them IRL over Christmas. Will see the family too!!!!

View of country road between Largs and Greenock in Scotland yesterday. Stunning and very cold out! Had to take this route as potholes being filled on usual shorter route. Fab!!!!
