În 2020 Trump admitted the President cannot simply call in the National Guard unless called in by the State Governor. But that's precisely what he did at the weekend. The Executive Order he signed clearly states he should collaborate with the Governor. But he didn't do that. He broke the law.

I've just listened to the entirety of the Vance speech in Munich and in my seventy years on this earth I don't think I've ever heard such a pile of HYPCRITICAL CLAPTRAP. He criticises Europe for restricting freedom of speech and denying democracy while TRUMP is the ARCH VILLAIN in that respect.
