Some of the best I had were at a pub in Texas, roasted with bacon and dried cranberries, served as a side with bangers and mash… oooooo, that was good!

I love Brussels sprouts - we usually slice ‘em, toss them with some olive oil and Greek seasonings, and then roast the little nuggets… delish!
One Thanksgiving, my dad roasted them with duck fat and an orange glaze - wow!

According to the artist, someone at WB Animation asked him for some art to pitch Joe on a B5 animated series. It never went anywhere, and he's not even sure if Joe ever saw the artwork.

This was Peter Ledger's concept art - thankfully, the designs were improved when things went into production... :)

Wood chippers can be fun - when I had a dead tree removed from my front yard, they let me feed some of the branches into it... :)

I was able to get a rip of one of my films taken down in less than 12 hours by linking to the Prime Video page for the film...
