I have been buying Dave’s bread which I like. I’ll have to do a bit more research and see if there are other brands that are better. Will report back! 😄

I haven’t figured that out yet. Nothing on the ingredients list aligns to those numbers exactly. Herc tried one of the rolls today and said it tasted good. I’ll see if I can get more info.
