A former Cleveland County pastor has been arrested after allegations he was sexually inappropriate with a child.

Fast forward to a November 20, 2024 search warrant at McMillan’s Lexington address. McMillan’s cell phones were seized as part of a child sex abuse investigation. Authorities found the same nude photo McMillan allegedly sent that teen on his phone.

The teen took a screenshot of the post and passed it on to authorities in Kansas for their investigation. The teen allegedly then texted a friend about the ordeal and warned McMillan’s son about his dad’s alleged behavior. He never responded.

Documents say McMillan asked the teen if she “wanted to see more” before sending the nude photo unprompted. McMillan then allegedly asked the teen how old she was. When she told McMillan he blocked her number.

Documents say OBN wasn’t made aware of the case until October when the teen’s father reached out to police. Documents say McMillan used his son’s SnapChat account to look up the teen’s and added her. Unprompted, McMillan then allegedly sent her a picture of him working out.

2/3 A Cleveland Co. Sheriff’s Office employee confirmed he was in custody but told us we needed to direct further inquiries to the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics. We’re waiting on an updated mugshot.

Court docs: “Department De-escalation Control and Defensive Tactics Instructors were consulted on this incident. Due to Vu’s size, age and the seriousness of the crime committed, it is believed the amount of force used by the Defendant was not reasonable.”
