I’ve been trying to get natural flood solutions introduced into a narrative about town planning in my town. It floods here regularly but they keep building houses up river on the flood plain. I live on the river so you can see how much it makes a difference when they build new sites.

Not to the waterfall unfortunately but to Portland yes. Loved it there full stop, such a beautiful place I could spend all day photographing around the city. Hope to go back over sometime.
