Disappointing to see this. Broadening the divide between Town and Gown. In this case though, it’s more rural than town.

First positive thing I’ve heard about her!

I like the Muppets. They were entertaining, showed great talent, intelligence and wit. McRapey is no muppet

That’s quite incredible. Well done!

In the best tradition of student performative politics, pointless and instantly forgettable. She will now obviously resign from her City Council seat as well, unless she is ok with voters who recently voted for a Social Democrat being sold a pup/independent

Worked with him years ago. An extremely capable, intelligent and honourable guy. Portugal’s gain is Ireland’s loss

Without attacking or calling me a muppet, could you explain how she is “unusual in Irish politics in having been elected to serve rather than for the perks.” Thanks

That’s not surprising. Great to see good people achieve success. He gives the impression of being comfortable with his lot, which is refreshing

I saw John Connolly the week before last in Galway. He read a piece from an upcoming (non Charlie Parker) book. A very interesting and seemed to be genuinely nice guy. Clearly a natural storyteller. Enjoy your reads!

To be fair to the chair, the carpet’s not much better! Thank you for an entertaining and interesting evening in Kenny’s. A question I’d love to have asked; any possibility of Angel and Louis developing into their own series?

Mr Noonan. You seem like one of the few decent people of the former Greens. Read the room. This rubbish got your colleagues their P45s. Roads and infrastructure are to be shared. Towns and cities are not just for people who are lucky enough to have time to spin around on bikes. Cars carry people.

A photo of a dirty old wall, and a boring railing … and it’s beautiful. You have an amazing eye. Thank you for your wonderful images.
