It's an interesting concept, but I doubt it would ever get support. The truth is that this happens and we need to accept it and promote better hunting practices. Carry bear spray, know how to use it. Undertake bear safety training with someone like Kim Titchener.

I wondered...

When I was 5 I wrote the Montreal Canadiens asking for autographs from Ken Dryden and Guy Lafleur (each of whom I drew in my letter), my two favourite players. Dryden wrote back with a personal note and a signed photograph of himself. Class all the way, even way back then.

Wrote me a handwritten note and sent a signed picture when I wrote him at age 5. A true class act.

Rockwall Trail...though you need an extra vehicle or need to hitchhike a bit as it's not an exact loop. Skoki loop is awesome, too, and is a real loop. Both are pretty busy, but a September date would be killer.
