AI will only be a force multiplier if you know how to leverage it. I liken it to someone who is tasked based. Without direction it just sits there. We are just now understanding how to leverage it.

For me that's lots of experimenting, trial and error.

So far Claude is out performing OpenAI on work tasks. Currently working on a webinar and Claude's response have been noticeably better. Plus I really love the artifacts window.

Claude's User Guide is quite amazing and really worth your time to go through and learn how to best utilize their tools. OpenAI doesn't seem to have anything similar that I can find.
