As someone said here, artists usually announce their breaks and don't ghost their followers in the span of several years unless there is serious stuff involved. My gut instinct is telling me that Jstar is hit or raped by her papa, although my mind is sure that she's most likely in college.

The only piece of information I got about her whereabouts is that she is busy with family, and wasn't able to draw as much as she had before. I've been waiting every single day for the past 4 years and 10 months hoping that she would come back, yet nothing. I wonder what really happened to her.

That's disappointing. As a former fan, I'd expect you to not stoop as low into such petty actions. I hope you realize how wrong it is to mistreat both Mr. Takanashi and Mr. Nokes someday.

And is it fair for Mr. Takanashi to be treated unfairly for being part of a non-union project that is not affected by the strike in any way just because he's a replacement actor? I've seen people treat George Newbern filling in for Tim Daly as Superman with more respect than this...

You know, this recasting reminds me of a similar situation in "Life is Strange: Before the Storm", when Ashly Burch didn't reprise her role during a previous strike and Rhianna DeVries, a non-union actor, voiced Chloe in her place. And what did Ashly do? She took it good spirits... (1/2)
