Yesterday, I told the Metro Board that Mayor Mendoza and the San Fernando City Council have been unable to fully grasp how this line, combined with housing reforms like SB 79, could transform our city. Despite Metro’s outreach, most people in San Fernando don’t know what we’re about to miss out on.
