The meme is funny because the toddler is demonstrating a very expressive, pouty, uncooperative facial expression that conveys their disappointment, dissatisfaction, determination not to cooperate, all in the midst of the clear “picture-day,” / “photo studio,” blurred background. I remember the people I met & lessons I learned working as a bellhop at the Disneyland Hotel.

Disney understands how to nourish talent & loyalty.
