I think React is not only answer, but some folks think React is the only answer as everyone looks using it.

Vue also has an good design, their interfaces support reactive programming, so everyone can make reactive view layer.

I know everyone don't love Angular, but I still believe Angular has an great architecture to help manage view layer.
