Florida and Texas are two States I will refuse to visit for any reason and will have no part of. I recognize that there are certainly a lot of like minded people there, but for the time being I won’t be going there for any reason.

I am struggling about this as well. I paraphrase U2, “I can’t believe the news today, wish I could close my eyes and make it go away.” But I can’t. It’s so painful to read the news. I too struggle with avoiding the constant rant. I despise him with every fiber of my being.

I can’t imagine what it would be like being there now - especially since so many of these people are shut out or the inauguration now. My youngest daughter lives there but conveniently picked this week to be out of town.

God. Luckily the obvious Trumpers in my neighborhood just moved. That house on Trenholm almost at the corner of Beltline with its giant sign and flags gets my goat every time. And don’t get me started on working in the same building as Joe Wilson.

We made it this Spring. A bit of rain and a last minutes goal to Crystal Palace did not damper the wonderful time we had there. So so much fun.
