This TV movie terrifed me when I was a kid. But Doberman Gang was a heist film. It’s weird that there were a bunch of movies featuring Dobermans in the mid-70’s.

Lady in a Cage. I was probably 5! My parents had no filter with what I could watch. Unless it had sex scenes.

I just came across them. They are brilliant. Funny,smart and angry as hell.

Beautiful film. Funny, but it will break your heart. Cried ugly tears the last time I saw it.

I grew up a block away. They were so close on 63rd and Cicero.

A while back I was at a stop light and one of those things was in front of me. Four people waiting at the bus stop all pointed and bust out laughing.

When I was in 15 in the 70’s, I and a friend of mine went to the building where he worked on the show and to his floor. There was a receptionist and we said she was on the floor that Bob Newhart’s office on the show. I remember she just sort of stared at us, not amused.

It feels so nice not to listen to them every morning. I’ve switched to local radio. But I love hearing about their distress.

I’m afraid of the mainstream media not letting it go too.
