Cut into quarters. Put quarter in a big bowl of water and pull apart under water. Seeds fall to bottom of bowl. Skin and white stuff floats so easy to collect and throw out. Juice doesn’t squirt all around! So easy!

@katzish.bsky.social Highly recommend the “in a big bowl of water” method. We shifted to this years ago. I am not one for hyperbole…but this is LIFE CHANGING!
