Is this the smallest Doom of all time? Original 320x200 resolution but with 5.616μm pixels so it is only 1.79712mm x 1.1232mm. US quarter for scale. I have to use a microscope to see it 🤣

I'm curious why most sites still don't support the Apple default image format HEIC/HEIF. Seems like you could convert to jpeg in JS and incur no additional server compute or complexity costs, and only add a tiny bit of frontend complexity. Is there something hard I'm missing?
