Interesting debate at the ECA Evaluation Conference. Enjoyed discussing how well Cohesion Policy is working & whether evaluations are credible on a Panel assessing the policy's AV with Adrian Schout (Clingendael), Friedrich Heinneman (ZEW) & Alison Hunter (EPC), chaired by
ECA Member Stef Blok.
