“Abundance” is a right wing Trojan horse funded by the Koch Bros and Peter Thiel. Anyone claiming to be on the left and pushing Abundance, is either a fascist or an unwitting tool of fascism.

…than any of amount of fighting white supremacy under a system where it’s adherents still own the most Capital.
That power base must be uprooted and undone first. It is the only way.

I don’t disagree, I would only add that the power and influence of white supremacy is very much reliant on the fact that its adherents own the most Capital. The two are not different problems, they are intertwined. But ending Capitalism goes a longer way to ending White Supremacy….

Because both parties are servants of the interests of the Capitalist Class, whose influence is so ubiquitous that only one party even has to pretend to care about us to win elections.
But neither one actually cares. Their interests and those of the working class DO NOT ALIGN. And never will.

Capitalism is our biggest problem, and the influence the wealthy can easily purchase as a result. That is the disease.

How dare they not support candidates that don’t seek to address their concerns. After all, Democracy is when you owe your vote to a party whether they give a shit about you or not, right?
Turn your brain on.
Your vote is the only leverage you have. Give it up for nothing, and you get nothing.

Studios seem to be slowly coming around to the fact that people don’t just want an endless stream of Marvel and Star Wars slop. All the movies that did well, except SuperMan, were either interesting new takes on a classic, or were entirely new ideas.
Love to see it.
