For example: This is St Louis County. St. Louis city is not a part of the county and not subject to county laws. Each one of those colors is separate city with it's own police force (usually, a few have dropped their departments over the years due to cost) and city government and set of laws.

The Pet and Livestock Protection Act, introduced by Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO 4th District), will have long-term consequences for gray wolf recovery and set a dangerous precedent for removing federal species protections. @golden.house.gov @repvalhoyle.bsky.social #AdamGray we're watching!

For context: I am ASD with a lifelong interest in world history. The second American Civil War started on December 4, 2024. That will be seen as the first shots fired in a revolution that I do not know what the outcome will be. I will say it will not be bloodless by any factor of the imagination.

Caught 34 total Smallmouth and Spotted Bass in 6 hours on Irons Fork Creek and Lake Ouachita (kept one for dinner. Made excellent fish tacos). Best part, all 34 were caught on the same lure. The lure is being retired to the Bass-Slayer Hall of Fame.
