Interesting article in The Times today about how campaigning and elections can be a fun and unique experience — while still meaningful.

📌 Worth a read if you want to see how democracy can be engaging rather than draining.

Honored to join EOVS Secretary Santiago, Purple Heart Veteran Phil Madaio and Dr. Joe Robinson (VSO) at Green Hill Park in Worcester to tour the WWI and Vietnam Veterans Memorials. A powerful reminder of Worcester’s deep military heritage and courage of our veterans 🇺🇸

Proud to join my colleagues in the MA House to pass legislation that strengthens student achievement. These bills will ensure students receive evidence-based literacy instruction and comprehensive personal finance education — giving them the tools they need to succeed. #mapoli

District Day for #TeamMahoney!

Toured the new Doherty Memorial High School with Principal Staley and got to check out all the incredible work Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives (MBI) is doing under Jon Weaver’s leadership.

Our office’s own, Gina Endres, is a graduate of DHS too!

🚧 Today, the MA House passed a bond bill authorizing $300M in Chapter 90 funds for local roads and bridges - $100M more than our historic annual investment.
It also includes $885M for critical infrastructure: small bridges, culverts + traffic safety + congestion relief. #mapoli

Yesterday, the MA House passed the Shield Act, which would ban the dissemination of peoples’ cellular location data. In the face of national threats against reproductive and gender-affirming healthcare, MA remains committed to protecting the safety and privacy rights of everyone.

No better place to celebrate Arbor Day than Elm Park in Worcester!🌳
Proud to have help secured over $500K for improvements to this park as a fixture of our community. Outdoor spaces benefit not only our environment, but economic prosperity + well-being (plus, it’s Finley’s fav place to take walks!).

It’s been a great Thursday in the district!

Had the opportunity to speak with MBTA GM Eng this morning at the WRCC Business + Gov’t Forum.

Afterwards, I stopped by Bahnan’s Bakery for lunch. Here I am with my new pal, Salem! 🦜 Make sure to check this place out next time you’re on Pleasant St.

I stopped by Desi Bar & Grille to grab a bite with the owner, Kabin Bhutel! This is a wonderful family owned restaurant featuring food from India and Nepal located near Rocky’s Ace Hardware on Chandler Street.

For those who may be unfamiliar with this cuisine, they offer buffet style lunch!
