Antarctica is in huge trouble now with ice extent collapsing an order of 7 fold magnitude from 2023 - 2024. We may likely see summertime blue ocean events in Antarctica ahead of Arctic BOEs (the latter forecasted to occur in 2050.

Antarctica is in huge trouble now with ice extent collapsing an order of 7 fold magnitude from 2023 - 2024. We may likely see summertime blue ocean events in Antarctica ahead of Arctic BOEs (the latter forecasted to occur in 2050.
