We've had managers come and go in the last 4 years but we've always moved as a team and now it's just feels like I'm working with someone who wants a power trip.

I love the floral shop but it's changed and the new manager is one of those ppl who think they are smarter than you without asking what your experience is. I've worked floral for 4 years now but I think my times up. It's no longer fun.

Yesterday was my last day of training and today was my first day on my own. Honestly it was so smooth and I think it's gonna work out so well for my schedule. Shout out to $5 premiums on Sunday. I'm making my whole floral shop pay in 2 days 😭
