I paid £400 (about $530) for my first dvd player in 1997. Got it from the electrical shop in my village and the lady who ran it gave me a free movie because it was the first player they sold.

Wait a minute are you trying to see bad actors are trying to manipulate the gullible. I live in Aberdeen and I'm constantly told you can't walk about the city streets at night because of the migrant gangs attacking everyone. I can't say I've seen one gang other than drunk teenagers.

The immediately walking out in embarrassment is kind of implied though. If they hung around for their appointment, got whatever they needed done and then walked out in embarrassment many minutes later it wouldn't be much of a mea culpa. I also assumed it was a man.

Did the fesser just leave and forget about their appointment
Was the fesser waiting with someone and just leave them

That's up to you but I don't think I could be arsed with trying to find out which tattie farmer round here isn't a brexit supporting tory. I just want some tatties and their political opinions aren't enough to stop me from wanting some tatties. If they were carpet bombing people that's different.

I didn't say that. In extreme cases I wouldn't buy something from a company I knew was dodgy. However, I wouldn't deny myself a caramel wafer because Boyd Tunnock is a tory.
