One of the goals of the current US administration was to weaken the US$ to support exports and to make imports more costly and less competitive. Seems this goal is in reach.

The US trade deficit remediation:
500 coach buses are sold in the US every year, none produced in the US.
About 40 000 school buses are built in the US, hardly anyone exported.
Build in the US, sell to others.

The latest corruption perception index is out. The Western Balkan varies from place 65 for Montenegro to place 114 for Bosnia of 180 countries. Albania and Kosovo improved their score, while North Macedonia and Bosnia-Hercegovina lost 2 points on the scale 0 - 100. Source: www.transparency.org
