I want to laugh, but I know it's gonna be some situation where another team sends two top prospects and Arenado agrees to pay the Cards the remainder of his contract money out of his own pocket or some stupid thing they always seem to pull off.

Wasn't part of the trade too that Kimbrel wanted to stay in Chicago because his son was having heart problems? I know that's not an excuse, but there was a human motivation at the time and not cold value considerations which may have brought down the value on return.

The funniest thing about all that is they all did the same thing in 2020 when their guy lost and they all fled to Truth Social and Parler. Not sure why they're so upset about it now when Twitter has gotten noticeably worse even long before the election.
