You know you've hit rock bottom when the apothecary is a Death Guard
Two comic panels, involving two original Warhammer 40K characters. In the first panel, a Death Guard apothecary is patting an Iron Warrior on the shoulder, saying "You're very healthy, good job !". In the next panel, the Iron Warrior, looking very tired, replies "Your joy is mildly unsettling". The Death Guard then says "I get that a lot".

Page one. An Ultramarine is pointing his weapon at an Iron Warrior, who is holding a bomb detonator. Ultramarine : It's over, heretic ! Your squad is dead. You're cornered. Iron Warrior : ... Ultramarine (noticing the detonator) : What are you doing ? Stay back, hands up ! I swear to the Emperor I will make you regret ever being born ! Iron Warrior : Try me. The Iron Warrior activates the detonator. Page two. The explosion tears through the building, and starts a chain reaction that ends up triggering a weapon of mass destruction, and an enormous atomic explosion occurs. Page three. The Iron Warrior is shown buried in rubble. Alternating shots show the planet from space and the desolated landscape. Text reads "Cadian sector, ruins of an imperial world. Population : zero". Time passes. The Iron Warrior is shown crawling out of the rubble, wounded and broken, but alive. Page four. The Iron Warrior pushes himself to his feet, discards his broken helmet, and stumbles through the ruins into the night. He is euphoric to be alive at first, but begins to cry as he begins to understand his situation. Text reads : "Population : one."
