Så misstänker att Owens kanske går bort - ska spela skivor på Ryan Davis o skrev upp på gratisbiljett för Greg Freeman förut. Har inte kollat vad biljetterna dit kostar faktiskt pga mgmt till Clutter

I’m guessing if it’s via a company that’s more of an aggregator it’s harder to get someone to pay attention than via Redeye or Secretly etc

I would assume the label can submit a ticket direct or if not ask their distributor to, we definitely can. It’s a manual process for each DSP though so on a label level it’s very time consuming trying to fix a whole catalogue (I’ve got a massive list of to-dos for that for our catalogue)

in reality the DSPs could probably fix the issue very easily but they don’t bother - see the Spotify issue of scammers uploading fake tracks to big artists profiles. have been known for years but it’s still happening

it’s happening all the time on Tidal (and many other services), think the main difference is artists and labels pay more attention to Spotify and Apple Music due to size so errors get fixed quicker. from experience Tidal are usually quick to remedy once we tell them the issue
